What exactly do I earn points on?
5 points for every $1 you actually pay for products. Shipping does not earn points, and if you used a discount code you earn on the amount you paid rather than the original price.
When do my points show up?
As soon as your payment goes through and the order moves into processing. If an order is later cancelled or the payment fails, the points for it come back off.
Do my points expire?
No. Your balance sits there until you use it, and the discount codes you swap it for do not expire either.
How do I spend them?
On the Rewards page in your account. Swap 1,000 points for a $10 discount code, in blocks of that size, and it is yours to use whenever you like. Each code works once and is tied to your account.
I checked out as a guest - did I earn anything?
Points need an account to sit in, so a guest order does not earn on its own. Create an account with the same email address and the points for that order are added to your balance.
Can I use a reward code alongside a sale?
Yes. The one thing that steps aside is your tier discount: when another percentage discount is already on your cart, that one applies instead, so the two never stack.
